Thread: MAFT Extension

Was looking at getting the 6ft extension harness but on DSMTuners I read

"Even when you buy the $30 extension, You still need your own wire to extend the MAFS plug from the translator for it to reach all the way into the engine bay to the regular mafs plug. I bought the cable so that is how i know"

Anyone else tried the extension or know anything about extending it? Thanks.

I e-mailed SBR and they are awesome as usual. Got a response within 10 minutes. Cragger informed me there are 2 extension pieces and SBR only has one of them but FTS has both. So I highly recommend SBR :)

I just extended my wires like Lee did with wire we picked up from Autozone. Get some wire loom and that should secure it :) How much do they charge for the harness?
