Thread: anybody here weld?

i wanted to have something welded the part is already available but its exspensive... so i was wondering if i bought the flanges for it could somebody do the welding?



all i need to get is the tdo5h flange and a 3" v-band clamp set...

so how about it?

Mufflertech would probably do this for about 40 bux

i dont know about that one in the picture but the flanges i was gonna get are stainless steel

Thats stainless,

Those V bands with the weld flares are about $75 each
and a stainless tdo5h flange is another $65 (at SPD)
plus if muffler tech welds it they will MIG weld it for $40

it needs to be TiG welded,

I can weld it up, I can't weld very good but I do have a few welders

i can get the v-band set for 40 and the tdo5h flange for 20... i'll have to double check if they are stainless or not but im pretty sure they are. i have to order a buch of different flanges from roadrace engineering so once i actually get them i will post up
