2Gs have a habit of getting into the front bumpstops when cornering - this generates understeer. Fitting an RM front bar will reduce/remove that tendency, and so will in itself reduce understeer. Adding the RM rear bar will then increase any loose traits. Adding a rear bar on its own will give oversteer ntil the front gets into the bumpstops, at which point the car will swith to understeer. So just the rear will do some good, but both together will give you the best results as the rear can only do so much.
