That wouldn't have been a problem, but the J pipe I have is the one that was on the turbo, and there's no way it's more than an inch and a half in diam... I have (2) 2 1/2"-3" couplers, one for the MAF-Intake and the other sitting on the floor waiting for a real J Pipe. I've got 3" IC pipe from the MAF all the way around to the turbo via the short route (I just bought 3" generic intercooler pipe kit and routed it). At the moment, all those pipes are coupled witht he cheap rubber couplers that came with the kit, I intend to weld as much of it as I can, but I need to get some alum. wire for my dad's wirefeed or get a tig.Originally Posted by Shane916

I'm guessing I should have just bought the one that is sold as part of the 2g install kit? (I don't see why it's a kit, that's the only part I needed to make the 14b fit on my gsx, all the oil and water lines bolted on just fine...)
Someone lemme know what's up... I don't wanna pay a hundred bucks for a little piece of pipe.
