    Default porting

where or how can i port my intake manifold? im planning on getting a 60mm throttle body and i want the opening to match up. A price from a place that will do it would be great too.

You can get a set of carbide bits for $50-75 if you have a die grinder and compressor. Otherwise, I'm sure someone here will do it for about $40. I'll do it but you'd have to mail it up to me here in WA :(

I recently found out that Motorsport Dynamics (on Arden) does porting, polishing, tuning, and other things so I'm going to stop by there this weekend to see what they would ask.

Need someone to talk to the stupids? I'll be the office manager, and you can be the tech. I even have another mechanic roommate that would love to be doing performance upgrades all day long. Then you don't have to talk to all the stupid ricerboys, just make sure you put at least 2 stickers for every item you install, and then whatever extra stickers you have, we can sell as a horsepower adder for someone's civic. :P

just talked to motorsport dynamics today and they said it would cost 250-300 to bore the throttle body and intake manifold to 60mm, and out of curiousity i asked about port and polish which would cost $1,000.

I think I'll just buy a completely new throttle body that already has 60mm and then pay someone or some place to match my manifold. thoughts?
