my buddy ran 11.70s on his 50 trim with 550s at 90% duty cycle. its a little high but still ok.

That's why I posted airflow rather than what turbo I'm running :) It just depends on how much air is rushing through that engine, not really what's doing the pushing.

Thats probably due to your 190lph balancing it out. So on an E16g, a 255lph and 550's tend to give similar results (raises hand). It sounds like your car is coming along nicely as far as a 91 tune. Keep us updated on the Link info.
That doesn't make sense to me, could you explain? Assuming my pump is keeping up at this point and fuel psi and fuel lines are stock using both pumps, how would a 255 change anything at all?

If my pressure is falling off cause my 190 can't keep up that would make sense..

190lph worth of fuel pressure needs to be adjusted with your afpr, but your getting 650cc's worth of fuel at whatever given pressure. 225lph worth of fuel pressure needs alot more adjusting on the afpr with only 550cc worth of fuel per cylinder. Thats why at 19psi on 91 octane, my IDC is almost the same (actually a bit higher) as your percentage on 550's and a 255lph. So even though our IDC's are similar, you have alot more play with your fuel pressure then I do. My base fuel pressure right now is at 48psi.
