Thread: Thermostat Housing

OK I'm finishing up a 6 bolt swap and trying to solve this little issue. I look through the gallery and its seems like a bunch of people have different thermostat housings. So the basic deal is....I've got Square connecting to the turbo for water feed but I'm not sure if the circled pipe is supposed to be hooked up. I'm thinking it needs to get blocked off but thats a guess. And of course the unmarked pipe goes to the overflow tank. Can anyone verify my therory? Specifically those who've done a 6 bolt swap.

Gotcha....and seeing that I'm runnning an External Oil Cooler I can just block off the oil cooler pipe

its for the water/oil cooler.

So I refer to my prior post. Seeing that I am using a external oil cooler I can block off the "square" pipe right? Also for shits and grins could I just run the turbo off of the "square" pipe and block off the "circle" pipe? (Just want to know cuz it's a little easier to reach.)
