    Default TURBO REBUILD

    Ok- i am looking for a cost effective way to upgrade turbos on my 2g and i found a FP t28/28. I want a reliable turbo that bolts right up- for my daily driver. I found one for cheap and am looking to rebuild it. Do i need to send it out to be balanced and fully rebuilt, or can i just use a kit? It has low miles, but ran hard the whole time. Some shaft play... etc. Any input helps out thx
