    Default 20g turbo experiences?

Just curious if anyone has any dyno numbers/track numbers with the 20g turbo  ? TDO6 is specifically is what I'm looking to find, but anything will work. My mods are in the mod thread, with the only new stuff being a 2g 60mm TB and some 680cc injectors. I've always heard that the 20g was more than enough for any street/strip car when fully supported, just wanted to see if that was the case with folks on this site as well.

P.S. I know that a 50trim is cheaper, just curious about the 20g, thanks :D

if you really want to go 20g, Phil, i'd get the super 20g. i have 3 friends running the Super 20g and 2 of them are making about 450hp to the wheels on 93 octane with FULL supporting mods and really good tuning on the AEM's.
they were hitting 12's until they put the AEM's in and reached high 11's

A true 20g will land you in the LOW 11's no problem

It may be on before I pay you a visit...me and my buddies Jack Daniels and Mucho Denero that is :D . Are you still going with a 20g on your 1g that your building up? Will you be going with the one from Buschur Racing? How much horse power are you going for. I hope the 6h wheel is all it's cracked up to be , not alot of folks go with the 20g now-a-days.

the 20g is a great turbo,

I am going with something a bit larger

but a long while ago the best time my car went was 11.54 @ 121mph @25psi

it is also a direct bolt up turbo, other than the wastegate

Oh also some places convert the 16g into a 20g using the 05h wheel, its garbage.

What size injector did you run and were you using an S-AFC and logger for tuning? Thanks, just wanted to see if the 680cc injectors were a good choice or not

I ran with a TDO6H 20G for quite sometime on my car. It makes for a very nice street/strip setup if thats what you looking for. Never had the chance to throw it on the dyno before I sold it. But it could definatly hold its on the street. I was running 680s for the latter part that I had it on, tuned with the SAFC II, but I'd reccommend dsmlink if you already have a laptop..with the cost of a logger/AFC a little more can get you a great investment in the link..

Back in the day there was no type of "logger"

    20g, VPC, GCC, and 550's
