Thread: Greddy Turbo Timer & 2g Alarm

Anybody here wired up a Greddy Turbo Timer on a 2g such that the factory alarm arms while the TT is counting down?

I know that there are a few solutions out there. This is the one that I tried, but I couldn't get it to work:

From what I can tell from the diagram, the gray wire from the TT should be a switchable ground in order for this to work.

For the archives (ha!), a minute with the multimeter quickly revealed 2 things:

1) My relay was bunk.
2) The connections at fuse 8 were backwards on rre's diagram.

The only thing that seems different is that the alarm doesn't arm until the green "security" light on the dash turns off. I guess that's only about 30 seconds, but I don't remember the alarm functioning that way before.
