    Default im dying here

i have no idea what it could be. when i floor the pedal and give it some real boost the car like stops for a second about 5k rpms. sounds like a poping sound like its dying for a second and the it keeps going. it only does it like once or twice and then keeps on pullin hard. i thought it might be the plug wires but then i went out and spent like 100 bones on some 8.5 msd's and it is still doin it. i have no idea what else it could be... but its really getting on my last nerve... any thoughts?

Yeah man, turn the boost juice down and repeat. On the phone you told me "popping" but didn't mention the hard stall. Sounds like fuel cut now. Time for a piggy back.

couldnt the problem simply be some toasted plugs? something similar happened to my car (just no popping sound) and i checked the plugs and the prongs were being eaten, gapping the plug out. my car ran fine after i changed them. i dont know your mods so im just sort of throwing another option out there.

    done a leak test lately?

i was getting teh fuel cut on the t25 once due to a nice sized boost leak. a leak like that causes the turbo to work harder to create the same boost level, and thus sucking in more air than usual. mas sees that and the ecu says "i dont think so".

Yeah, fuel cut defencer FDC that HKS sells and other places have them too. It's gay though, it just caps the airflow so you still need some sort of fuel managment to keep from running lean past that cap point.
