Thread: 2gb swap costs?

well i finally acquired all the parts for the 2gb swap,

so i need to get the rear bumper, the 6 pieces for the side skirts, and possibly the turbo spoiler and the holes filled for that

has any one on here had all this done before? i have never had to have any body work done so i dont know what the price of this would be. and where should i take it? i will do the primer and prep for the bumper, side skirts and spoiler. just cant weld up the holes paint/blend lol


any suggestions?

The rear bumpers go for about $50 Derek and you can get them at PnP of the 97-99 D31As as well.
The wings go from $50-$100 and the aftermarket ones don't feet good at all as OEM ones do.
Any place with welder can weld those holes for you so you can grined it off and preap it for paint.

i already have all the parts i just want to how how much shops charge for a good paint job so it looks OEM. no orange peel crap

yea i got a OEM wing for $30 lol its white needs sanded and painted

i did the low spoiler to turbo wing on my GS.


Theres a nice amount of holes to weld and sand down. The guy who did it for me didnt do it that way though. He indented the holes more and filled them with bondo, then sanded them down. I didnt really care though since i just wanted to sell it after it was painted.

that looks good, how much did it cost t have him do that and paint them? i will have them welded up for sure. then sand and alittle bondo,
