Default Flat/Matt Black with Clear Coat?

I'd like to one day take a break from performance and work on the looks of my 2g. This is what I'm thinking (Inspired by a mix of the new Rob and Big Truck and the Rolls Royce Phantom Conquistador)

Can anyone give me a good guess on what mix would be achieve this. It looks like a flat or matt black with a clear coat for that small bit of shine.

Also if anyone has some photoshop skills and can show me this color with black rims on a 2G that would be bad ass. Thanks

I figured a 2g blacked out like that, with flat black 17x9 rota slipstream rims, smoked head lights and taillights, and possibily wingless would be BRUTAL!!!

Imagine how much the most minor imperfections would stand out!
