I don't think you're going to find anything premade, but if you have a good rear window, you can get a flat sheet of lexan and form it over the glass with a heat gun (be careful with the heat though, or you can hurt the clarity)
I've never personally worked with it, but I've read (on the landspeed mailing list) about how easy it is to mold.
I've been thinking about doing this myself, but have way too many other things to take care of on the car first.
